Q&A: What Is My Role in Showing Empathy?

<p>I recently received a question from a listener: “When is it my place to show empathy?” Especially during the pandemic, it can be hard to know how much to expect from your team and how much empathy you can share with them without sacrificing performance too much.</p> <p>Today, I talk about why the empathetic approach is generally the right approach.
