PUTTING TOGETHER THE PIECES

<p>Jesus exposes the evil of the religious leaders of His day.  They are unworthy of His kingdom and of His Father’s house.  They are wicked and hypocrites.  They are mistaken in their understanding of God, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God.  They do not know the law of love and do not apply the commandments as God desires.  Therefore, they do not know who Jesus is as the Son of David.</p> <p>We face these same issues today within the Body of Christ, but as Jesus’s story tells us through the end of the Gospel of Matthew our hope and eyes must be on Jesus.  God has a plan and we must not let the sinfulness of leaders distract us from the glory of His Resurrection and life!</p>
