Pushing For Brexit Protocol Solutions

 Lord Empey, former leader of the Ulster Unionist Party, says the solution to issues over the Northern Ireland Protocol should be found by negotiating with the EU, not by unilateral action. He tells Bloomberg's Stephen Carroll and Yuan Potts that the Stormont executive and a new cross-border body could have a role monitoring the flow of goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.
