<p>Kezar Life Sciences is developing therapies for immune-mediated disorders and cancer. It’s lead experimental therapy is in development for the rare autoimmune condition lupus nephritis. It is a first-in-class therapy that targets master regulators of cellular function. We spoke to Noreen Henig, chief medical officer for Kezar, about lupus nephritis, the company first-in-class candidate to target the condition, and why it may have application in a broad range of autoimmune diseases.</p>
