<p>In 2006, to address the global inequitable access to <strong>influenza vaccines</strong> in the event of an influenza pandemic, WHO, with support of donors and partners, embarked on an ambitious project, the <strong>Technology Transfer Initiative (TTI)</strong>, to facilitate influenza vaccine production capacity-building in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
