<p>"You are the average of five people you spend the most time with."</p> <p>You must have heard this quote from Jim Rohn for over a zillion times.</p> <p>But this one piece of advice can transform your life for good. </p> <p>When I worked as a Research Scientist, I was surrounded by people who'd always complain and were not happy with their life.</p> <p>As a result of this environment, I lost passion and eventually became frustrated with what I was doing.</p> <p>That was the moment when I realized I need to change my circle. </p> <p>I started my podcast to pick brain of most successful and inspiring people. I was blown away by the mindset at which these people were playing.</p> <p>On my job, I had people around me who were complaining about the food in the cafeteria, their boss and salary.
