Protect the Adirondacks Sues DEC Over Road in Wilderness

Protect the Adirondacks! Inc. has filed a lawsuit against the state Department of Environmental Conservation demanding that a one mile stretch of wilderness road be returned to nature and that barriers be erected to prevent using it.
