The Lord Jesus Christ shows us in the Gospels what true repentance looks like when a wealthy, corrupt man have cheated others: "8 But Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times the amount.” 9 Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham. 10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost" (Luke 19). Amen! That's what it looks like! When you cheat people out of money, you make restitution in line with your repentance. If in fact, you are truly repentant! But guess what folks? There is not a whole lot of true repentance going on in the prosperity, charismatic circles, as they would want us to believe! But they have found out is, a new way to get EVEN MORE money out of you!
