<p>Laramie County Attorney Leigh Anne Manlove has been embroiled in ethics complaints for several weeks.  Numerous articles have been written about those allegations.  But, as usual, the Wyoming media hasn't given her the opportunity to tell her side of the story.  Monday, she and I had a wide ranging discussion.</p>
