Profit Targets on Earnings Trades

With our earnings trades, there are generally two ways that we like to structure them. We might trade them in the front week - looking to take advantage of the overnight move in the stock as a <a href="https://ontt.tv/Z0iwQ">result of earnings</a>. Or, we might trade them in a regular cycle - instead looking to simply use the earnings event as a catalyst to a <a href="https://ontt.tv/Gn5gQ">normal 45-DTE trade</a>. Whichever one you choose will largely determine how you handle any profits that might come your way.
