Prince William's plan for Kate Middleton's Birthday!

Prince William has big plans for Kate Middleton's birthday next week.  Kate also hopes Archie gets to spend more time with his cousins.  The Queen announced her New Year's Honours list including Elton John and Queen's Roger Taylor.
