Preparations for Beijing Winter Olympics worth high marks: IOC official

An official with the International Olympic Committee says China's preparations for the 2022 Winter Olympics should be given high marks in all aspects. IOC Olympic Games Executive Director Christophe Dubi says many admirable achievements have been made in the preparation work.
