Power Words, Identity Statements, Power Sentences

<p>Ep #193 - We choose to attach meaning, feelings, and emotions to words. We use words to paint our reality, that was formed internally, to the external world. Well, we do a whole lot of internal jabbering too don't we?</p> <p>I use certain words intentionally. Power words are my way have anchoring a feeling into a word so I can evoke an emotional state when I need it. These power words become the foundation for my empowering identity statements. From there, I build out power sentences so I fully understand how I am demonstrating to myself I am living my life with the power words and identity statements as my core fuel for personal growth and development. </p> <p>In this week's episode I will walk you through my process of building out your power word list and then I will talk you through how I talk myself through the process of culling the herd into the singular word that fuels my spheres and pillars.</p> <p>Just hit play and let's dive in with our open minds, hearts, and energies bringing everyone into the fold - you are in the right place, at the right time...right now.</p> <p>It is time.
