Power Vs Will Power

<p>willpower and power are not the same. Willpower fails me every single time because no matter how hard I try, my willpower only lasts so long, but power is transformational. True power comes from my ability to recognize my weaknesses, and my strengths and acknowledge both of them in a vulnerability way. True power also means that I recognize that the patterns that I have control my life, and I'm always changing the patterns to become the person that I want to be. I am only as powerful as I'm aware of my patterns. And since I can only see my patterns if someone else helps me see them because I'm too close to them. I only become powerful when I'm willing to hear the things that others see about me that are true that I might not see. Life is about having quality friends and sometimes a quality life coach.
