Power

<p>Power has two different polls. One is the confidence that we can handle whatever comes our way. And two, it is the willingness to own our faults with vulnerability. When someone is powerful when they want to have influence when they want to be powerfully influential. You must understand that these two things work together. Confidence is standing tall vulnerability means I accept the things that I don't do well, and I admit my faults, I love you.
