Possessing the Land

<p>The scripture this week is from Joshua 1:3 (ESV), and it says, “Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given to you, just as I promised to Moses”From Genesis to Revelation, we see examples of God sending people out to explore and possess new territories. Even Jesus came down to earth, his own creation, to repossess it for His kingdom and our benefit. God wants us to explore, enjoy, and glorify Him in the earth. Psalm 115:16 says, “The highest heavens belong to the Lord, but the earth he has given to mankind” Let us therefore pray for capacity to possess the land.</p>
