Our panel was Thomas Falgout, CEO at the Chamber with what you can expect; Gerald Gruenig from KLFY’s “Acadiana Eats” series, who’ll host the “Ca Cest Bon Cooking Demo and Dinner” event Jonathon Norris of Norris International with their gumbo cooking team’s perspective on the competition and Carrie Landry from Super1 New Iberia, the presenting sponsor of this year’s Gumbo Cookoff.
