Police arrest notorious cultist, Don Baby in Delta, recover locally made pistol

<p>Operatives of the Delta State Command’s De-Coy Squad have arrested a notorious cultist, Godfrey Tietie a.k.a “Don Baby,” who has been terrorising Oghara Community and its environs in Ethiope-West Local Government Area.</p>, <p>The 40year old suspect was arrested at Ogorode road by Texaco in Sapele during a covert operation by the Police on 20/8/2023.</p>, <p>The Police also recovered from the suspect, a locally made revolver pistol.</p>, <p>The Delta State Police Command, led by CP Wale Abass confirmed the report in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe.</p>, <p>The Police image maker said, “Investigation revealed that the suspect is a member of Aiye confraternity and is also suspected to be a gun runner who supplies guns to cultists in Sapele, Oghara, and environs.”</p>, <p>DSP Edafe noted that, ”Investigation is ongoing.”</p>
