PMP #160: Why I don't want to scale my business

<p>When I meet new people and tell them that I run a one-man consulting business, I often get asked how I'm going to "scale" my business.</p> <p>I usually respond by saying that I&nbsp;don’t want to scale. I explain that I’m making good money that supports my wife, son and I and that hiring employees would add a lot of stress and responsibility to the business.
