Plant Where God Places You - Audio

Do you know what a tater field is? It is southern slang for a Potato Field. In our area, potatoes and cabbage are the most common crops. My brother and I were sitting in a large potato (tater) field of our brother in law’s and we always marvel at the entire process……planting, harvesting, and gleaning. This is a 3 part series on the Tater Field. This part is planting. Isaac, the son of Abraham was in the middle of a famine and was headed to Egypt. The Lord spoke to him and said stay where you are, which was in a place in the desert called Gerar, with a Philistine King in charge. In the middle of the famine, God told Isaac to stay where he was. He did and began planting during a famine….right where God told him to stay, and God blessed him. If you plant where God places you, He can turn a famine into a feast. And if you don’t plant, you will never have a harvest. Harvesting is next.
