PITCH PERFECT

The perfect pitch during the perfect act of self-love!&nbsp;</strong></em></p> <p>Ladies 18 years and older, please listen to this episode - but ONLY listen if you don't know your body well enough to know what it wants pleasure wise.</p> <p><em><strong>Do you know how to admire your body? Do you know how to love your body? Or do you leave it up to your partner to figure out what pleases you?</strong></em></p> <p>Sexual expression and self love of oneself, can help one tremendously in the intimacy department. When I dated guys almost 20 years ago, I didn't know my body well enough to know what I wanted my body to feel like - and was even ashamed to be vulnerable. I was a bit prudish back in the day, but I learned part of it was due to me not being taught about sex. Instead I was taught to fear it lol, and never got in touch with "me".</p> <p><em><strong>These past 2 years, BOY HAVE I GOTTEN "IN TOUCH" WITH ME LOL! It was the best thing I could've ever done and I view sex so differently now. Wanna know how I view it?
