<p>Today Julia & Erin have a quick conversation about how they've recognized areas of their lives where they need to be a little more selfish. Both Julia and Erin have recently be in teacher or teacher-like roles and have taken a step back from them in order to focus on and reconnect with themselves. They also discuss the strong feeling of guilt that often drives us to do more for others and less for ourselves, and how leading with guilt will ultimately burn us out. </p>
