PennantPark (PNNT) Founder On The NYSE Listing

<p>PennantPark (PNNT) is a business development company that specializes in small-to-middle market companies. PennantPark invested more than $15B in hundreds of direct lending deals over the past three decades. The company is transferring its stock listing to NYSE from the Nasdaq. "On the economy, defaults may creep up along with the cost of debt service hurting companies.
