Description
Our artist today is Amarnah Ufuoma Cleopatra Osajivbe-Amuludun, a dance artist, movement teacher, personal trainer, choreographer, singer/songwriter, actress and hairdresser. In this episode we talk about our strength as artists to adapt and embrace new creative forms, the importance of persistence and patience while building a sustainable career, the value of rest and so much more. Although an injury forced Amarnah to take some time away from dance, she graduated from London Contemporary Dance School in 2015 and has worked across dance and theatre forms on stages, for TV, short films, music videos and gallery spaces worldwide. Music has also been a major passion and inspiration to Amarnah. Recently she has been collaborating with musicians, and at the end of 2020 she released her first Single in a collaborative album "Vol 1: Refuge" with the collective Scrapbook Mixtape under her artist name Queen Cleopatra.
