Parentless P.E. with Joe Reed [IEP 132]

<p>In the state of California, kids need to be active in Physical Education for 110 minutes each week. In this pandemic, most kids are not getting anywhere close to that. On today’s show, Amanda and Vickie welcome Joe Reed, a health trainer who saw a need and reached out with a solution.</p> <p>Don’t miss Joe’s inspiring story of how he went from wheelchair to personal health trainer, from retiring with a disability to overcoming it and being healthier than ever.</p> <p>Joe Reed is the owner and founder of Trainouttapain.com. He’s a health coach and a strength coach who specializes in helping people with fibromyalgia.
