In 2022, Grusch filed a complaint with the U.S. <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inspector_General_of_the_Intelligence_Community" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General</a> so that he could share classified information with the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Senate_Select_Committee_on_Intelligence" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence</a>.
