Panama City Beach Report: Season 3 Kickoff with Capt. Justin Leake

<p>On today's episode we talk with Capt. Justin Leake of Panama City Inshore & host of Chasin' the Sun on Discovery Channel. We get caught up on winter activities and talk about winter time fly fishing for redfish on the flats of PCB. We also get an idea of what is happening locally to signify the return of warmer water temps and the fish species that come with it. The good news is that things seem to be progressing right on time. Its still a bit early but things should be cranking up in the next few weeks!</p>
