Panama City Beach Report: Fall Bite is On in PCB

<p>On today's episode we talk with Capt. Justin Leake of Panama City Inshore out of Panama City Beach, FL. He gives us a great inshore and nearshore report. It sounds like the water quality has vastly improved since our last conversation and the sight fishing opportunities are abundant both along the beach & on the flats. The bait is back and everything is behaving like they should in a fall pattern. The good news, it should remain this way, barring a named storm or cold front, for the next several months!</p>
