<p>Let’s introduce our guest speaker for today, Pamela from Glasgow, Scotland, in her own words.</p><p>&quot;I came into the rooms obese, drunk and inadequate at 29 - but only truly surrendered at aged 44! I thought I knew everything, I presented well, I had a marriage, 2 cars on the drive, and a mortgage. I had friends who adored me and I had a life others might crave - but inside I was broken. I felt like a fraud.  I couldn’t stop eating chalk… yes chalk!  I knew I needed more than to just stop eating drinking and popping painkillers but how? How was I going get out of this mess?
