Palliative Care Week 2023

On Monday's Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Hillary Neville, a night nurse with the Irish Cancer Society to discuss this year's Palliative Care Week. Now in its tenth year, the theme for 2023 is 'Palliative Care: Living for today, Planning for tomorrow'. Hillary spoke about how she became a night nurse and her first night on the job. She also highlighted the aspects of the job that she enjoys and the work that being a night nurse entails.
