Zach talks about the valuable lessons he learned that ultimately helped shape the principals for his current company. </p> <p> </p> <p>About Zach:</p> <p>Zach spearheads the company’s new development efforts around the country focusing on sourcing and underwriting new opportunities. In addition to his responsibilities targeting new markets, Zach also concentrates on pre-development, capital markets, and investor relations.</p> <p>Prior to joining Aptitude Development Zach launched ENJOI 77 HOLDINGS, a real estate investment company specializing in student housing and multifamily investments in the Northeast.
