Outlawing Chemical Abortions - Tim Salazar 1/25

<p>Chemical abortions account for 53% of all babies killed each year.  Sen Tim Salazar's bill would almost completely outlaw that practice.  Also, the House debated increasing the minimum age for marriage.</p>
