Outdoor drinking laws to be extended with a view to making them permanent

Legislation introduced in November 2021 allowed for outdoor drinking to be made legal, with pubs and licensed premises offering outdoor seating areas to customers. These laws are now set to be extended with a view to making them permanent. What will this mean for Limerick's nightlife?
