Out of the Flames with Retired Firefighter Rick Bucher

<p>Rick Bucher is a retired firefighter with more than 25 years experience. Rick was assigned to the Technical Rescue Team with his department and was part of a team that rescued citizen&#39;s on their worst days. Ultimately that took a toll on Rick and his mental health. This is the second time Rick has been a guest and we covered some of his most recent travels and opportunities he has been on over the course of 2023. Rick&#39;s continued mission has been t spread the word that talking about mental health is a good thing and we need to continue to have deep conversations, don&#39;t be afraid to reach out, and that asking for help is a sign of strength rather than weakness.
