Openly gay officer Maj. Gen. Leah Lauderback on her journey in the U.S. Air Force

<p>Major General Leah Lauderback is one of the highest-ranking openly gay officers in the U.S. military. During her nearly three decades in the Air Force, she went from living in hiding during Don't Ask Don't Tell to leading a group of other LGBTQ servicemembers. Maj. Gen.
