<p>It has been exactly one year since the Pretoria Peace Accords were signed, putting an end to two years of civil war in Tigray, one of the deadliest conflicts of the last 30 years. Yet more than a million displaced people have still not been able to return home and over 40 percent of the population is still suffering from a lack of food.
