One week on from the Compliance Test...

<p>It was a week ago that the Government experimented on the British people by forcing an "Emergency test alert" on every mobile phone in the land. Now, some of us turned our emergency notifications OFF so the phone never rang, but others were angry that they didn't receive the test alert!
