<p>In this episode of “On the Record” host Eleanor Hildebrandt and co-producers Hailey Marx and Caitlin Crome sat down with DI reporters to get an in-depth look at their stories and talk this week’s headlines.</p> <p>News reporter Kate Perez discusses her story on the approval of a new University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics facility that will be built in North Liberty. Construction of the facility was approved by the state Board of Regents earlier this week and is expected to be complete in 2025. News reporter Anthony Neri talks about his story on UI Student Legal Services celebrating its 50th anniversary. The organization created a three-year action plan with goals for improvement to celebrate this milestone. Finally, arts editor Maddie Johnston talks her piece on a mural in Currier Residence Hall commemorating the five Black women who integrated the UI residence halls.</p> <p>Hosted by Eleanor Hildebrandt.
