On-Air Coaching Series: Workflow Strategies with Mandy B

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Y’all! I am so excited to share with you another coaching session! These sessions have been so much fun and hopefully helpful to both my guests and to you! I got to chat with Mandy B about her  lead workflow and ways to create more conversions. She has each step covered even to the point where she has a task automated to remind her to send out client gifts. As I was initially listening to her overall workflow I was extremely impressed. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Then Mandy shared with me the real issue. Between someone signing up for more information and them actually getting on a call, leads are dropping off. That’s when I realized she has a hole in her workflow. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It’s a hole that I’m sure many of us either had or still have and it’s such an easy one to fix.
