<p>On 3 February, just over three weeks ago, a train derailed in a small town in the U.S.</p> <p>Since then, we’ve heard that close to 44,000 animals have been potentially killed as a result of the derailment.</p> <p>So does this have implications for local residents and if so, what are the risks?
