Ogunbote rues captain Malomo’s dismissal in 3SC’s draw at Kwara United

<p>Shooting Stars head coach Gbenga Ogunbote said midfielder Malomo Taofeek’s red card affected his team’s chances of securing an away victory against Kwara United on Sunday.</p>, <p>Taofeek was sent off in the matchday eight clash against Kwara United following a dangerous play.</p>, <p>The Oluyole Warriors were held to a 1-1 draw by the hosts in the encounter played at Kwara Sports Complex.</p>, <p>Ogunbote believed that his team was a bit careless during the game</p>, <p>He however expressed satisfaction with the result of the encounter.</p>, <p>“We got a goal and we’re a bit careless thereafter,” he said in a post-match interview.</p>, <p>“The red card affected our performance as our target was to win the game.</p>, <p>“Be it as its may the one point was a consolation as we didn’t labour in vain.”</p>, <p>Shooting Stars are now unbeaten in their last two games.</p>, <p>Ogunbote’s side are fourth on the NPFL table with 14 points.</p>
