Of Earthquakes and Pandemics

<div>Less than 36 hours after Puerto Rico governor Wanda Vázquez announced that the U.S. territory would gradually reopen in the middle of a global coronavirus pandemic, <a href="https://www.latinorebels.com/2020/05/02/damagereportedquakepuertorico/">another earthquake struck</a> the island's southern region. <br> <br> Crisis response in Puerto Rico continues to be a challenge, and questions still remain if the Vázquez administration is even following the advice of scientists and public health officials.
