Ocean Beach Pier to reopen after six-month closure, CHP begins its Maximum Enforcement Period, Pet safety during the Fourth of July

<p>Repaired Ocean Beach Pier reopens ahead of Fourth of July celebrations. Damage caused by winter storms caused the city to close the pier on Jan. 6.
