<p>Dr. Usher Weighs In</p> <p>Guest: Dr. Tracy Zvenyach</p> <p>The Obesity Action Coalition is a national non-profit organization dedicated to giving a voice and helping individuals along their journey toward better health. They represent 80,000 members who live with obesity, which is viewed as a chronic disease. </p> <p>A nurse by trade, Dr. Tracy Zvenyach, helps set the policy. Advocacy is a big part of what they do, namelybreaking down stigmas and gaining access to healthcare.  Fighting against various discriminations that do occur for those that face weight-bias.
