NYT Article on Zelle Fraud and the Lack of Help Customers are Getting from Big Banks + VISA/MC Pull out of Russia

This article discusses how big banks are basically victim blaming people for Zelle fraud, along with the bigger issue of not refunding them despite Reg E being there to help consumers.
