NYCCR - WHEN is it OK to BEAT an ASIAN MAN

<p>Some black fellows held and beat an Asian man in caught-on-video attack on a financial district subway platform BUT.... this time, there's a dubious and unsupported claim it was STREET JUSTICE, administered by concerned young men who intervened before the man could sexually assault a woman about the train.</p> <p>If it was STREET JUSTICE, it certainly was a fun variant of it, and one that greatly amused the men throwing punches and slaps.</p>
