[NURSE] Navigating PROJECTION in the work place

<p>Think about the person in your work day who is always negative, complains the minute they clock in, simply just goes through the motion of med pass or other tasks and just counts down the minutes until the shift is over.. somebody come to mind? Or maybe are you like &quot;uh oh thats ME?&quot; </p><p>I think its ironic how we let other PRE-DECIDE how our day is going to go based off the words and energy they use</p><p>And IF this person is you..</p><p>I’m here to call you out AND bring awareness to how this affects not only your work/life satisfaction but also the people around you because PROJECTION is a really thing</p><p>Energy is contagious, wether it is positive or negative </p><p>And honestly working a physically AND mentally draining environment can eventually lead to a toxic environment and lets be real.. it’s not really enjoyable for anybody there, including yourself. <br/><br/>Make sure you join my PEP TALK TEXT LIST where I send you some inspo throughout the week at 515-400-3503!
