November 29 - The Deadly Black Friday Dust Storm on the I-5

It was a Black Friday that much is true but this disaster left 17 people dead and 114 injured in a series of chain-reaction accidents.  The California Highway Patrol who tended to this said that at least 93 cars and 11 transport trucks crashed into each other in the middle of the afternoon along a tiny 1 1/2-mile stretch of the highway.   Learn more about your ad choices.
