Notepad Philosophy - The Fear Before Class

<p>For years I have struggled before every class I go to. It's never stopped me from going but it can take up a lot of energy. </p> <p>This week I struggled before one of my classes so I decided to document it in the hope that it helps. I know for sure there are so many people out there that have panic attacks and anxiety before events. </p> <p>Not always classes but for some people just going out the the house can be a problem.
