Noelle Dillon - Tipperary ETB Open Campus Day

As part of Tipperary ETB Open Campus Day, Fran spoke to student Noelle Dillon who has worked in the financial sector all her life. She took early retirement and decided to pursue a course in Physical Education and coaching through Tipperary ETB, she joined Fran this morning on Tipp Today to discuss her experience.
